Samsung Lions, a professional baseball team that finished eighth in the regular season this year, has revamped its team by hiring a total of six new coaches. “We have signed pitching coach Jung Min-tae, hitting coach Lee Jin-young, second team manager Jung Dae-hyun, pitching coach Kang Young-sik, and training coaches Jung Yeon-chang and Kim Ji-hoon,” Samsung announced on 3 March. The training department has also undergone significant changes. Head Training Coach Chung Yeon-chang, formerly the head trainer of the NC Dinos, will be in charge of the training department.
